Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is valid until 10 December 2018
2. This offer only applies to Customers who register mobile service of Birdie Mobile Limited (“the Company”), either porting their existing mobile number to the Company or get a new mobile number via this website using promo code NN123 untill 31 March 2019. Customers must also activate their service within 90 days of registration with their registered number.
3. This offer only applies to Customers who register monthly mobile service plan of HK$90 or above and continue to use such plan for three consecutive bill months.
4. The reward for the first month is half-price monthly fee. This reward will be deposited in the Customers’ account in cash rebate within 7 days of service activation. The Customer can redeem the reward via “Birdie-Get-Birdie” section in the Birdie Mobile App. The cash rebate amount equals to the half-price of the monthly service plan fee when Customers registered to the Company’s service.
5. The reward for the second month is extra 1GB data (value: HK$20). This reward will be deposited in the Customer’s account within 7 days of making prepayment on monthly fees for the second month.
6. The reward for the third month is 3-day “Asia 11” Day Pass for 11 hot destinations in Asia (value: HK$45). This reward will be deposited in the Customer’s account within 7 days of making prepayment on monthly fees for the third month.
7. If the service is terminated or suspended by the Customer or by the Company for any reason within 3 bill months of service activation, all rewards will be forfeited without compensation.
8. Customers who port their existing number to the Company should check their contract with their current telecom service operator to avoid any fines that may be imposed by their current telecom service operator
9. In the event of the mobile number not being ported to the RNO’s network due to incomplete‚ wrong or false information provided by us/me or any grounds beyond the reasonable control of the RNO‚ the RNO has the right to cancel this porting application. All rewards will be forfeited without compensation and the Company will not be liable.
10. Customers cannot enjoy this offer in conjunction with other offers, including but not limited to rewards for Referees under the Birdie-Get Birdie referral programme.
11. The rewards cannot be transferred to any third party and is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
12. All rewards and services are subject to relevant terms and conditions.
13. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision relating to offers and any dispute thereof and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. These terms and conditions have been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
