鄭氏為現時活躍於香港的豐富經驗色士風導師及表演樂手之一。擁有多年教學，樂團演出及獨奏經驗。

鄭自11歲開始研習色士風, 師從香港著名古典單簧管及色士風演奏家趙恆及凌閣顯。讀書期間主修電腦音樂，作曲，編曲及音響工程，期後取得英國考文垂大學(榮譽) - 音樂科藝理學士學位，於學習期間仍不斷努力研習色士風及考獲英國聖三一音樂學院演奏級資格。

畢業後， 致力於色士風教學及研究，不斷改良及自創教學方法，幫助學員以最短時間掌握要點及技巧。此外, 鄭亦繼續進修研習爵士音樂, 跟隨美國著名色士風手及編曲家Alex woods & Jeff Schneider學習。

鄭現為多間中小學樂團指揮及色士風/單簧管班導師; 亦為香港多間國際學校及名校學生作私人教授。包括: 弘立書院(ISF), 法國國際學校, 新加坡國際學校, 澳洲國際學校, 英華書院, 聖保祿中學等... 除教學外，鄭亦經常為不同活動，宴會，婚禮作演出；曾為多個大型機構，集團及私人場所演出，於教學及演出方面經驗也相當豐富。

Gabriel Cheng
is an accomplished music instructor and performer based in Hong Kong, celebrated for his exceptional expertise in both classical and jazz saxophone performance. His musical journey began at the age of 11, with a strong foundation in classical saxophone that led him to achieve recital-level certification. Gabriel further expanded his artistry through studies with renowned saxophonists, including UK’s Andy Scott & Alex Woods, prominent American jazz musicians Jeff Schneider.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Music Technology from Coventry University, UK, and boasts a diverse portfolio that includes songwriting, composition, and sound engineering for prestigious events. Gabriel is passionate about teaching students of all ages and skill levels, from young beginners to advanced musicians, specializing in preparing them for certificated music examinations, recitals, and performances.
Beyond his teaching, Gabriel has an extensive background in live performances, captivating audiences at weddings, corporate events, and private parties. His dynamic range spans classical, jazz, and pop genres, enriching the learning experience for his students and fostering a vibrant, engaging environment.
